Monika took my wife's case when another lawyer had already exhausted all avenues and lost. It was extremely difficult, because the only way to go forward with our case was to get the old case reopened. Not only did she obtain a reopening when there was no benefit to the government, but she did so by being nice. My wife not only received her green card, but has since obtained her US Citizenship and will be a benefit to this country. I cannot imagine any other lawyer being capable of getting this far with a "lost cause" case.

She has excellent communication skills and get back to client promptly. Her Paralegal is a good lady as well.
