Mr. Buckallew was very diligent with my case. Being from out of state, I was very impressed with the quick responses to my phone calls and emails. It was a long process, but Mr. Buckallew explained and assisted every step of the way. I can't thank them enough for the work they put in.

Phil tries very hard to keep me from doing stupid things. Sometimes I listen and well, sometimes I don't. When I fail to follow his instructions he cleans my mess up. Great guy. Enjoy having drinks with him.

Handled a case on Aids insurance policy. Company sold policy for a investment and later state prosecuted the company. Mr Whitaker was able recover 12 thousand out of 50 thousand the way my paperwork was written and after over 10 years found out he recover more. Because of my many moves I made, he could not track me down but stayed on the case.

The best lawyer you can ever find in the State of Arizona. He is amazingly trustworthy with all your investments. He give you the answers right away instead of billing you for "research". He understands and is empathic, no sense of superiority, and able to communicate with you very well. He gets involved right away and I strongly recommend him for different aspects of civil law. He is amazing. I have worked with him for years. I tried many lawyers in the past but he is the BEST OF THE BEST.
