Phil Whitaker is not only a fine lawyer but he is a fine man as well. Phil has his clients interest at heart. He has been a huge comfort. Phil understands his clients and tries to help in ways beyond most attorney's efforts. I have seen him in court many times and he handles himself extremely well presenting his arguement precisely making his points well received by the jury, the judge, and of course, me. Phil has gone the extra mile for me, and he has my sincere respect. He is a fine lawyer and anyone would be lucky to have him.
