I have used the services of Rich Peters and his colleagues for approximately 18 years. He has (1) secured my legal separation and 18 years later the dissolution of the marriage; (2) successfully defended my stepdaughter in a child custody dispute; and (3) set up a legal guardianship for our granddaughter. In all of these cases, he delivered the results that I expected with professionalism and care. He is a good communicator who gave sound legal advice and explanations of what to expect in the execution of these cases. I hope I do not need any future family-related legal services, but if I do, I know who to contact.

rich peters and his team never fought for me or my family - in fact they were supposed to register a family court order in arizona and never did but still kept collecting my money while arizona NEVER had jurisdiction- a couple of attorneys failed to keep my family safe but the last one Sophia realllllly messed up by not adequately protecting my address from my abuser and stalker - an address that was never meant to be handed over to him - she allowed the judge to mistreat me and did not represent me at all. i even told her things were not being handled properly and she assured me she could do better - she did not. Rich peters has ignored my emails for MONTHS now but still has no problem demanding payment - a payment i will never send - i believe i am owed my money back in FULL - now that you are back in the country mr peters i do expect a reply

Mr. Lowen Jones is by far the best family lawyer that I had a great pleasure representing me, he was able get my case outstanding court agreements. This firm and the people that work there are truly professionals.

Lowen was amazing! After 3 attorneys I had given up hope that I would find one that would take my concerns seriously and represent my son and I in a way that would be successful in court. We don't have the final ruling yet but regardless, Lowen was a rock-star! He asked pertinent questions and painted a picture for the judge of our situation in such a way that I finally did not feel alone! He made sure he was familiar with our struggles and in court shielded me from the angry stares and hateful words from the other side. I cannot say enough good things about Lowen and how thankful I was to have him representing my family! Thank you!!

Lowen Jones is truly an incredible attorney!!!! I would recommend him over and over again.., I had dozens of consultations with different attorneys and the way Lowen left an imprint on me and stood out to me was unlike any other… not to mention he was by far the most affordable! But price was not why I chose him- I chose him because he was literally the best attorney I spoke with. And believe me- I spoke to several dozen attorneys in the valley before making a decision. I hired Lowen Jones to handle my divorce that was just settled. He made the entire process very easy and was quick with response as well as had great solid advice. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep, he was extremely fair priced and I had 100% confidence that he would do his best to ensure I received a good out come. Richard was not a good lawyer, he lies to his customers and does not deliver 10 thousand dollars worth of work. You kept billing me. I am asking you to return me my 10 thousand because he didn't go on with his promises. I will make sure to tell everyone that you were one of the worst representatives I've witnessed. It's probably better to not represent anyone since you don't take any cases seriously. -Hazim E

I contacted RJ Peters & Associates regarding a civil suit against the Department of Economic Security. I provided all of the relevant information and then some to the receptionist. I told them I could provide all of the information, documentation, and evidence needed for the case. I was told someone would call me between 9 and 2 the next day. I said ok and then provided my personal information and some additional case information. I was put on hold and then told to call at 10 AM the next day to speak to Mr Peters himself. I assumed this meant they were interested in my case and the information I had presented warranted an actual appointment. I was wrong. When I called the next day and spoke with Mr Peters he informed me "I'm not a lawyer." "You'll need to find someone else I can't help you." When I asked if he could recommend anyone he said "I don't know any lawyers we're not really lawyers I can't help you " I hung up the phone at that point. I called with the best intentions. I would never waste someone's time with something like this. Thank you Mr Peters for wasting my time. You're right. You are not a lawyer. You are an idiot. :)

I came to Peter's and Associates after having a horrible experience with another Local law firm for my car accident. Let me tell you... My experience was WONDERFUL at P and A, Im so glad I hired them! Anastasia took care of my case and worked so hard for me.
