I had the pleasure of working with Lowen Jones he was very professional and financially flexible I wasn’t able to pay a lot of money during my case the other party in my case fled the state leaving me with our child full-time and paying child support I now have primary care of my child . My child is happy, I’m happy and my family we all appreciate the time and consideration that was put into our case. It’s no better help than someone whom has a passion for what they do in helping others. Thank you lowen Jones.

I just want to say that I’m extremely grateful for all the hard work Lowen Jones placed on my child custody case. I felt that Lowen Jones definitely cared about the case and that’s difficult to find. I originally had Danny De Julio representing me on my case who now works at this law firm. BEWARE he is not a good lawyer at all and does nothing at all to help your family law case. He tried to offer me a parenting agreement that was terrible and see if I would go for it and basically said its the best option. Once I decided to get another lawyer to handle my case he turned over a file with no work at all done. Luckily I got him off of my case in time to not cause any permanent harm. Thank you to my new experienced lawyer who communicates with me and has my case going a much better direction. Stay away from this guy.

Rich Peters and his staff did an excellent job representing myself and my case. He is driven go-getter, incredibly organized, very resourceful, has great attention to detail, great analytical skills, a sense of urgency, and an overall attitude and understanding that helped me win my case against grandparent visitation. Couldn't have asked for anything more, and am very thankful he was there for me during this time.
