Rich has helped me through my legal issue with professionalism, experience, and compassion. He was always prompt with replies to my questions, and if he was unable to answer then he gave me a time frame as to when he could respond. The legal process went very smoothly and quickly. Rich was sensitive to the difficulty of the situation I was going through and offered advice for managing the life changes as a result of my case. He was honest about problems that could come up and direct when answering my questions and concerns. While in negotiations he was encouraging and straightforward about how certain issues would be received and impact my case. Rich Peters is a very good attorney. He did everything he could to help me win my case. He told me in the beginning it could be a long & difficult case when dealing with the military. Highly recommend Mr. Peters, he genuinely cares about his clients. Was fast to respond to questions we had. Extremely efficient in getting us court appearances or telephone conferences with the Judge regarding visitation that was trying to be held from us. Our son retained the services of R.J. Peters Law Firm and we are so grateful to them for their services. Ours was a complicated case involving a fraudulent divorce, bogus protection orders, abuse and refusal of parenting time. These are just a few of the issues that were involved with our case.
