After being in an accident my friend recommended The Offices of Sam Moeller. I did not know what to expect or what questions I should even ask, but Amber answered them all. I felt everything was being done to assure I received everything I deserved in my case.

My case has been dragged on since December and I have been switched to another case worker because of my first one got fired. I heard that my insurance denied liability and put me on 0% fault. They don't email or call, I only hear from them when I call. I've been paying and doing everything completely alone- it honestly doesn't feel like I even hired an attorney. They really need to put more effort into cases or they will lose all clients. I may or may not recommend, or be satisfied with this company. If this drags out for another 4-5 months like it has then I might just never recommend or be happy with this company or my case being handled. Please, do your job. We are HURTING and it was 100% SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT. Do your job before I go elsewhere.....

Altho the attorneys couldnt help me with my case , they took the time to explain things to me in laymens terms. All in all a very pleasant experience. Id return to this law office if i ever needed an experienced personal injury attorney again.

I would stay away from this Law firm if you are involved in a car accident. They are lazy and do not fight for their clients. If you want a lawyer that always is on vacation, and doesn't do anything for you, select this law firm.
