My wife and I were hit head-on in our car. The car was destroyed. We were both hospitalized. Sam Moeller was recommended to us by a family friend who is an attorney. He and his colleague, Danelle Perata, came to the hospital, discussed next steps with us and our family, and then took control when we could not possibly have handled the tasks, claims, communications, negotiations, and details. That left us free to heal and begin rehabilitation. They kept us fully informed at every step, including maintaining detailed financial records. After a very traumatic attack that ended with the death of my dog, I decided to hire a lawyer and went straight to The Law Offices of Samuel Moeller. From day one I was treated with compassion, respect and support. It took a year for me to settle because I had PTSD, hand surgery and was unable to work.
