DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM FOR IMMIGRATION CASE If your looking for a firm to help you out on an immigration case, do not I repeat do not go to la “LIGA DEFENSORA” . I thought they were a serious firm but to my surprise they are not. I needed a VISA for my fiancé because I was pregnant and obviously I needed him not only to be there for the birth but also as a partner. I was told he would be here before the delivery I counted on them, sent all the documents that I was told, payed them up front (money I saved from working and pregnant btw) and called constantly asking what was going on and if there was any issues they kept giving me excuses sending me the same document over and over to sign and to top it all off never sent any paper work to USCIS, now that I look back glad they didn’t. Cancelled my contract and am sad I will have to start over again but I need my fiancé here and help me out with our child, baby is 4 months by the way I started the process when I was 6 months pregnant …. I know it takes long and maybe what they promised me was all an illusion but to not send any documentation blows my mind and after I gave them all mine and my fiancé documentation is just wow. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BECAUSE IF THEY DONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I WILL LITERALLY SUE THEM AS I SEE OTHERS HAVE STARTED I WILL GLADLY JOIN TO SHUT THEM DOWN AND NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS.
