Zero stars was not an option. . Hired this firm and followed their advise. Worst advise ever as they accomplished nothing. The only financial gain was them taking my money! Stay Clear.

My complaints with this "law firm" echos true with the people in these reviews. This place id an ABSOLUTE JOKE! So I will try to give you as breif of a synapsis as possible. Basicly,I got shot by accident while working on someones home when I was 18 yrs old. I was off of my feet for a year. Lost most of my calve muscle and 75% use of my leg. Plus I have several peices of lead wedged in my hip and several(7)peices lodged in my spine. Pressing against my nerves. And degenerated discs. Fused discs. Both sciatica nerves are pinched. And if that wasnt enough I was diagnosed with leukemia last year! So I got my case started with phillips law and a year went by with no word from them. So I called them and demanded to speak with my lawyer. Found out that they dont know who will be representing me until the day of the hearing! How do they expect to represent anyone if they dont know the case?! So anyway,a lawyer called me back and said that he wasnt interested in representing my leg injury. As it happened so long ago. And since I had worked since the injury occured. Which is COMPLETELY idiotic! Dont they know about long term cause and effect?! Dont they know that the body breaks down much faster when it sustains such a massive injury?! And couldnt they see that my work history was all over the place because nobody wanted me due to my lack of productivity since getting shot?! But that didn't stop me from trying. I tried working every kind of job known to man that's legal and didnt take a 4yr degree. Between my pain from getting shot and my leukaemia I couldnt go any further. And when I quit working I lost my home,automobiles and well just about everything I ever wotked for.....AGAIN! So,when I told him that I need a lawyer who is going to accurately represent the totality of my poor health he promptly said that he is no longer interested in representing me! Can you brlieve that?! I no longer have any faith in this system. It has taken away my love for this life here in america! Its just full of sociopaths! I was told by a therapist that I should abandon my persuit of justice. He said there is no justice here and said that if that makes me sad then he has a pill for that! When I have told that to other drs and therapists all I get is crickets! I just cant believe this nightmare that I have woken up to! Anyways,if you know whats good for you youll keep on looking for a lawyer who will talk to you. One who will try to get your story. How you came to this moment,etc,etc. I called another lawyer and she asked who it was that I hired. I told her "phillips law" and she laughed at me. But also said that she would only represent my leukaemia and not my other injurues. So the hunt continues. I may never find proper legal help. What is this place that I was thrust into called life?!

I'm very glad I chose this Phillips Law firm to represent me in my case. Every person I spoke with was professional and helpful. It took a while to get my case rolling but that's the way the system works it was no fault of the firms. I am grateful to everyone that helped me I truly am thankful for your help!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I never met my attorney until the hearing. My attorney never called me to discuss my case. I went early to my hearing so we could talk and the attorney was late! It was so embarrassing because my attorney didn't know anything about my case. Of course I got denied. I wish I would have read all the negative reviews.

They left me hanging at the last moment. I have to go to my hearing alone now.

I had a stroke in 2009 in San Diego. I hired out of phoenix to represent me. When it came time to go before the judge, it was a video conference. I received a call a month later from my attorney stating that the judge said that if I lost weight I would feel better and denied my claim. Really? That's how you fight for your clients! Unacceptable!

La verdad No dio una buena reprecentacion. Y muy buenos para cobrar honorarios y demas. No lo recomiendo. Hoy 12-19-18 llamamos para saver como le fue a mi hermana en la corte o que informacion nos podrian dar sobre su caso y estuvimos 20 min en la linea. Al final la secretaria es un poco descortez y no obtuve nada de inf. Ya que ellos tampoco estan al tanto. Pero eso si dijieron que querian los 3500. Antes de cualquier corte. Y no hay accion alguna aunque ya se les pago. Me gustaria saver si hay algun lugar donde pueda poner alguna queja para que no sigan haciendo lo mismo ala comunidad. Yo tengo grabaciones recibos y modo de comprovar que en realidad ellos no han hecho nada en el caso de mi hermana :-( tengan mucho cuidado y no se dejen llevar por la publicidad que ellos tienen.

AWESOME LEGAL TEAM, I WOULDN'T HIRE ANYONE ELSE This team is the best you will ever hire for all of your legal issues. Mr. Green has taken on two cases for me and I couldn't imagine anyone else I would pick to handle these cases. He is smart, quick and impeccable in the courtroom and only has your best interest at heart. He is worth every cent!!!!!

Do not waste your time and money this man will take your money and show up to your court date and make you sign your deportation after he lies that he will fight for the case! He will not fight for your case he is a fraud that steals from his own people besides that all of his staff is rude! They will not fight to win your case! Hope this review helps someone out my mother was a victim and now he walks freely stealing peoples money and I am 99% sure some of the good reviews are fake to win customers back do not fall for false advertisement. Do your research! Unfortunately I was too late when I came across the terrible reviews & talked to people that were also victims! Don’t let this fraudulent man and take your money!

Good honorable hard working men! Very polite and professional! I am very happy with both Mr Green and Mr Smith as they represented me with nothing but respect compassion and some of the BEST help I have ever had! Always there to answer questions and assist when needed! If I could give more STARS I would! Highly recommended!!!Thank you and God bless!!!
