I don't ever get a hold of anybody my social security disability claims first one got denied the appeal got denied I would like to be informed I get nothing they they will call you this has been going on far a while I am 100% disabled by Veterans Affairs we qualify far both I never get a answer I like up dates but nothing it pissies me off I guess all don't want to get paid I guess I will seek out another Atterney

This is an amazing law firm! This is my first time ever having to use an attorney and I could not have made a better decision going with James and Quacy. Very honest and up front about everything. I have never once felt like I was just any client. I have always felt like I am a top priority which means everything in such a stressful situation. James is extremely knowledgeable and I honestly don’t know how I could have gotten through without him handling my Arizona LLC law case. Having Smith and Green by my side has made me realize how lucky I am as not all attorneys have the level of integrity that these men do. I highly recommend them and can guarantee they have a client for life! ( sorry guys, you’re stuck with me.)

Muy mal trabajo, no pudieron hacer bien mi Daca, hace 3 meses pedí mi expediente para cambiar de abogado y la me dijeron que en una semana estaba listo, y hasta hoy no eh tenido respuesta, lo bueno que no ha sido una emergencia que si no. Una trabajadora de ahí mismo me dijo que la primera que hizo mi papeleo lo hizo mal y que ella lo tuvo que hacer de nuevo. Y al final, no eh tenido una respuesta clara. Pero para los pagos mensuales, jamás se les pasó. NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO!

I have worked with many attorneys both personally and in my career. Mr. Green was the most understanding, sincere attorney i have had the pleasure of using in my personal life. He knew the laws and knew what to expect of the whole process. He was very responsive and attentive to my pluthera of questions and many emails. Mr. Green treats you like a human and keeps the process down to earth and very light when dealing with such a sensitive subject. Unlike some attorneys he has the clients interest at heart. My case was completed and settled within 4 months. He is extremely reasonable on his fees.

STAY AWAY!!! If I could give this law firm zero stars I would! Don’t listen to the fake ads or reviews you see about how good this law firm is. Their customer service is the worst out of any law firm I’ve ever contacted and that’s saying a lot for a law firm. Plus, they don’t return your phone calls or emails which is a big deal in today’s technologically advanced society. I inquired about their services almost two months ago. I forwarded all of my information to their legal assistant to build a case against my previous employer. Not only was I never followed up with after I sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemail messages. It is impossible to get an actual person on the phone. It’s so unfortunate people have to go through terrible experiences like this for other customers to learn, but at the end of the day it’s worth it if it saves even one person their time and money!

Very helpful, polite and good at returning phone calls. They answered all my questions. The attorney that helped me was was great and gave good advice. Highly recommend them.

I have had a very complicated case which has taken over 5 years to settle. From the very beginning, everyone one I have dealt with has been very professional, informative, kind, patient, understanding and gone out of their way to help me with my case. So many times, I wanted to just give up on my case....felt I was never going to win. Even though I knew I had legitimate injuries...5 years is a long time to fight a battle. My support team at Phillips kept me going. I found out this morning that I won my case. There is no way I could have done this on my own! The paper work itself is overwhelming and so confusing! I am so grateful and thankful that I chose Philips Disability!

Phillips was honery, I even heard them laughing while i was engaged in a conversation with them. I agree with many of the reviews here. Their customer service other than the front desk is a joke. Not mentioning names but the top para legal in disability told me I would have no chance at getting disability after they insisted I file for my appeal , months later I am told this 1 month out from my appointment. Well he was and is wrong. My primary doctor for years had made many errors in my records and had been charged with negligence and they said good luck with that and actually dropped my case. I waited a year and a half to hear that plus with poor health was driven to doctor after doctor to get other records and when it was all along going over and over the results with the 4 th sectetary in a year JM she laughed at me with an attorney and the mr know it all paralegal and gave me very incorrect info as well. They waited until the last minute to even tell me my records were ambiguous and all th e time had to be driven around to try and repair the case FOR THEM and they tell me they no longer want to represent me. I am not kidding. And I was not a p in the ass either. Now I have a law administrative hearing and no atty. And If am expected to ne here. However, the good news is I have spoken to the clerk of the ADJ and she said the ADJ still needs me to appear (thank God I called) because I was under the impression my case was withdrawn. Also she wamts me to bring in everything and we are set up to discuss everything . The Soc Sec Admin iffice was appalled at the law office's conduct. So I say to you Phillips Disability Law Group Good Luck to you as I only have to face Soc Sec with my info once . You people on the other hand , well.... This is your job and what you were hired to do. May I suggest you find positions elsewhere where client service and record keeping and accountability is not a priority. And do not forget to get a copy of your files as they will not offer one to you when you or they will revoke the contract.
