I would give zero stars if i could. They dropped our case after being denied. As if that isn't devastating enough to receive a letter that they dropped us too. No explanation no nothing. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for not asking questions thanks for thinking a disabled person is lying and not supporting that person when a denial comes in. Thanks for not going the xtra mile. This attorney is obviously all about the money. And doesn't care to help the ones who truly need it. Very sad.

I worked with Rack law for both of my accident cases. We won both cases but that wasn't the reason I will recommend them. I met with the Rack brothers and from the beginning I knew I made the right choice. Adam was my primary attorney but they were both always available whenever I called. They treated me like family and made sure I first and foremost was taken care of physically, meaning all my injuries were tended to. They found me every provider I needed for PT, imaging and surgeries. As the bills piled up I almost lost my rental but Adam took care of me and saved me from what could've caused me to be homeless. If you want a subpar lawyer who could care less about you then go somewhere else but if you want a great experience like I had Rack Law is the best choice. I walked in a client and walked out a friend of their family ....

If you feel you are disabled and think you have a case don't walk the road alone. It's complicated, difficult to navigate with a low success rate. When I become disabled I did some research and I settled on Roeschke Law. We had a consultation, my documentation was reviewed and case was accepted. My attorney stood by me and answered questions as I filled out paperwork for the SSA. My initial claim was denied so an appeal was filed for reconsideration again denied. My attorney felt we had a good case so she asked for a hearing in front of an Administrative Law Judge. The Judge ruled in our favor. It was a bit of a long road but we got there and no way could I have gotten there alone. Roeschke Law highly recommended.
