They did nothing for my case, yet took a huge payout. I sent the male attorney my medical records and images, and even summarized all my diagnoses for him. The attorneys were switched on me and I never knew who the attorney was that ended up on my case ... the couple times that we talked on the phone, he said his name so quickly that it wasn't understandable. This attorney guy told me that I would get full SSI monthly payments because I didn't have anything that would cut my monthly pay short. He said that if any problems should occur that he would be there to handle it. This attorney convinced me to forfeit years of my back-pay immediately before my phone hearing - at the last minute - just for an easy approval. My phone hearing took a few minutes and the attorney barely spoke. After I was approved for SSI, my monthly pay was cut short. I called him to ask "why?" I never got a letter from SSI to why my monthly payment was less than the full amount. This attorney refused to take my phone call. The firm then told me to never call again, that he was no longer going to help me. All after he took many thousands of dollars for not only doing nothing, but actually harming my monthly pay and back-pay. No. Do not use.
