Awful experience! No one ever calls to update & when I have called (too many times to count) I get no where, Finally got a hearing date after 2 years & then was told it conflicts with Mr. Roeschke's calender & I was given to someone else. I was promised the new attorney would call me but didn't & again it was I calling them. It wasn't until the day of my hearing that I learned the attorney did not have the information yet from 2 doctors! I had to learn this during the hearing! The judge granted 30 days to get in this information. Over 2 weeks has passed & I have to keep calling their office only to find out nothing further has been done by them to obtain the needed paperwork! What is the 25% for?! I am the one doing all the footwork! I will be reporting them to the Bar Association! This is my life! Went through my entire savings to survive these past few years and have no money left and can't work! Guess they just don't give a damn as it's not their life! There will always be another 25% from someone else! No skin off their nose! Don't bother responding to this on here stating your sorry but can't discuss the case. I have read your response over and over on here!

This experience with having to deal with my disability and having to file for disability was the hardest thing I have ever done. But aside from the stress of it all having a lawyer like Preston and anytime I called they answered my questions and called me back in a timely matter made my experience less stressful through my hearing, I just glad they were on my side I recommend this firm 100 % .Thank you Preston and everyone on the firm
