The lawyers were great they were always right there for me through this whole process. I had no idea what to expect, and they walked me through everything and called and touched base. Because as we all know the government moves very slowly. But they kept me in the loop the whole time. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. They did a great job. This was the Best decision I made concerning my application for SS disability. From the first phone call to the judges decision to find me disabled, all company employees from the receptionist to the Attorney were awesome. Communication was great throughout the 2 years it took to get an appointment for my hearing before a judge. Final result: Judge approved my disability without even having to testify in front of him and I did not have to wait the 60 days to find out if I was approved and believed that I was disabled. Approval was immediate and I have received my decision approval letter and awaiting award amount letter and payment. I would recommend this Attorneys office to all trying to get through the long and agonizing process of applying for SS Disability and getting approved. Thanks for all your hard work! While the process of getting approved for disability is long and can be extremely confusing, the disability attorneys helped my grandmother not only get approved after her stroke, but also helped us understand the process and made it as easy as possible. I can't say thank you enough times for helping us. The attorney was always available when we had questions about the paperwork, but we didn't have to talk much throughout the process.

I haven’t even hired this law firm yet and definitely never will. I called multiple times and was told that their “intake specialist” was busy and would call me back. I also submitted several requests on their website to be contacted and never was. I finally did manage to speak to the “intake specialist” and she was apathetic to helping and simply stated she doesn’t think they can help me due to my age (29) but would consult the attorney and call me back. And as to be expected, no callback. I have read others reviews from individuals with the same complaints but some state otherwise. So either this firm is very selective in who they will actually communicate with and take on as clients or my honest feeling is that anyone you speak to is just from a third party answering service, therefore not actually responsible for any follow up on the firms behalf. The last thing I would like to express is that in my last job working for a subprime auto lender, I came across dozens of customers who were younger than me and collecting SSDI and SSI for themselves and their children under 18 as well as child support. Also many of them had jobs making as much as $3000/month, which I know it is illegal to do so, they have just been lucky that the SSA hasn’t found out. So in conclusion, age really isn’t a definitive rejection as this firm seems to believe, they just aren’t willing to do the work required to take on clients under a certain age.

This disability lawyer stated they couldn't help me with my disability case due to my age, 35, and that it would be difficult for them to prove I wasn't fit to work at my age, even though I have mental health issues (bipolar, major Depressive Disorder, OCD, and anxiety to name a few). I wanted to leave this review to help those like me avoid wasting time calling them.
