Very very unprofessional..hired them for a drive in a gore area ticket.. They didnot update me a single time for any update..i have called them each month for the update and the response was like "we will call u as soon as we have any update".. And suddenly i called them after 2 months to ask about any update and they said u have been charged guilty..very bad and uprofessional..avoid them

Throughout the process, I felt as though my case was not a priority. I wanted their help to dismiss my case, but unfortunately, because of their negligence, I had to pay a fine for $1000 and lost one and a half points for the tickets I got. Even after i paid to them.

I cannot recommend the Tyler Allen Law Firm enough, especially Anjali P. & Chris W. After realizing the situation with our HOA was only going to get worse, I sought legal support. The first Law Firm I worked with provided very out-of-the-box assistance, seemingly discounting all of the facts & evidence of our situation, and stating that we had one option. Fully recognizing my non-existent legal prowess, I wanted to be sure that we truly only had the one option, so I decided to reach-out to the Tyler Allen Law Firm. Scheduling a consultation was incredibly seamless, as was the first discussion I had with Anjali. She actually listened to me, reviewed all of the documents & evidence I pulled together, and offered me several options for the way forward. Not only that, she was transparent with the process and potential outcomes of HOA cases, as well as rough estimates for timelines & costs. This gave us a lot to think through, which ultimately led to us making the informed decision to pursue a legal route in attempts to keep the work we did at our home. Throughout the 12+ months of working with Anjali P. & Chris W., we were kept fully & proactively informed of each progression within our case, provided plenty of opportunity to review received documents and draft responses/letters, and received incredible support in translating/understanding documents that read very “legal.” Also, I feel compelled to explicitly shout-out how balanced, fair, & reasonable the billing process was. Our Agreement with Tyler Allen Law Firm clearly outlines costs and rates; however, I never once felt like we were being exploited. I never felt like I had to rush to get off the phone or that I shouldn't respond to an email to avoid being (excessively) charged. Anjali P. is a terrific attorney, which came through in every interaction we had from our initial consult to the eventual resolution of our case (which is/was a win for us!!). Trying to resolve issues with your HOA can be exceptionally difficult and, if the community documents are anything like ours, can feel impossible. This again is why I cannot recommend the Tyler Allen Law Firm enough, not just for HOA issues, but broadly. Perhaps most noteworthy about our experiences working with Anjali P. was her patience and endurance. While I might not be the first to admit it, I certainly own that I can be frustrating to deal with at times, especially in contentious situations like there. Despite my excessive inquiries, relentless emailing/calls, etc., I never received anything less than exemplary responses, interactions, and assistance from the entire Tyler Allen Law Firm Team. A situation that started out with very little hope, which then felt entirely hopeless after speaking with the first Law Firm, ended with us keeping all the work we have done to our home & yard. This wouldn’t have been remotely possible without the tireless & tenacious efforts of the Tyler Allen Law Firm, with our deepest gratitude for Anjali P. & Chris W.
