All I can say is I was amazed at the honesty and professionalism of Mr.Suzuki and his paralegal Marycela Rivas. From the minute I walked in I filled out a quick form and was put into a conference room to speak about my potential issues. Mr. Suzuki himself (he owns the firm) met with me and to my knowledge this is very rare. He was also very honest and basically told me I didnt need to hire his firm at this time since he didn't forsee any issues for me (this was amazing news). I had met with another attorney earlier in the day and all they basically wanted was a retainer of 5k "just in case".. I'm glad I didnt have to use Mr.suzuki but if i ever had an issue in the future for myself any family members or friends you can guarantee they are the firm for the job!

Brad Smith and Richard Suzuki were there at a critical time. They treated my family with such respect and were very honest, ethical and up front with us. We had no real legal experience and Richard Suzuki took so much time with us, really made us feel like we mattered and our terrible situation had HOPE. Suzuki Law Offices is a diligent, client-first, very detailed, and compassionate firm. Their depth of expertise, team approach, and responsiveness was second to none. Additionally, their ideas and approaches separate them from the rest. Highly recommend. Seth did a great job as lead strategist.

One simple review is not enough to truly express my gratitude towards the multiple efforts made through the individuals at the Suzuki Law Group. This firm has not only handled one, but three cases for my family and I over the last year. Spanning from personal injury, to civil representation, to criminal defense. Yes, it is safe to say I have had a rough couple of months, but a full view as to all the aspects this firm can successfully function in. Therefore, I cannot complain. Though I will not give specifics on the individuals that directly worked with me, and hopefully they will do the same for me, those I discuss know who they are. The personal injury case would result in a settlement well beyond expectations. They actually contacted me, and tracked me down, while still at the hospital to discuss the incident with me. I would be hard pressed to hear of any firm willing to make the same level of effort for a new client. Though the civil case would not result in the client’s favor, this is not life altering. As several details would become evident to further aid in the main efforts later. They may have lost the simple battle, but the war raged onward. Which eventually lead to victory for the client deemed not guilty in a criminal case. All cases were handled professionally, aggressively, and diligently across the board. Their reputation is no simple billboard gimmick, it is real. If you are reading this review, then chances are high that you may be an individual looking for some form of legal representation. If you think the insurance companies will take care of you in a personal injury matter, think again. If you assume it is impossible for the courts to view an individual as “guilty until proven innocent”, even in the most ridiculous of scenarios, think again. You may not see the end result of their efforts at first, but that’s because real life situations like this are not like what you see in the movies. Do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate to give the experts at the Suzuki Law Group a call, because like me, you will never regret it.

Very happy with the outcome of my case

At a time where we felt helpless and quite frankly traumatized Belen was able to step in and reassure us that we had options and assured us she would work her hardest for a satisfactory resolution. My teenage son needed defense against law enforcement and my family needed legal advice and support in the worst way. Despite being beaten black and blue by police officers that said he was resisting arrest, they turned around and charged him with two felonies. We were all at a loss and Belen was able to keep us grounded as we went through the process explaining every step along the way. She worked extremely hard to expose the truth about the officer involved, and because of her hard work the felonies were dropped. My son can go on with his young life without having his record and character tarnished by these unjust accusations.

My daughter hired Belen to defend my grandson against felony charges for resisting arrest. My grandson was beaten by officers who explained away what they had done by saying he was resisting arrest. During the beating one of the officers injured his hand and this was the cause for felony charges. Not only did we find the charges unbelievable, all the advice we were getting from other attorneys was leading us to believe that an acceptable resolution was unlikely. We were sure we would have to go to trial and that was very scary since the “victims” were police officers. This was a terrible and helpless time for our family. Belen was very attentive, informative, and supportive from start to finish. She was thorough and worked very hard settling this case and not allowing the prosecution to get away with unfair charges or punishments. She even took the extra time with my grandson and was present with him during probation screenings and offered him advice regularly. She is on the ball and nothing gets past her. If we ever need an attorney again we will seek her out immediately.

I would recommend Suzuki Law Offices to anyone needing help with criminal charges. My son was facing serious time. His attorney, Michael Rothman, was able to do what our previous lawyer couldn't. He was able to get prosecutor to reinstate my son's previous plea of 7 years, when he was facing over 20 years. He and my son got along really well, and he always responded back to me immediately, whenever I had any questions. The first day we walked into the office, we felt welcomed, and were introduces to everyone that would be working on my son's case. Richard Suzuki even came in and sat and talked with us for some time, answering all of our questions honestly. That meant so much. They really cared about my son's well being and I could tell they were sincere. I will always be truly grateful for what Michael and the whole Suzuki team did for my son. They made a difficult situation in our lives much better, because I knew they would take care of us. I think they are the best law firm in Az, they really do care. Thank you so much.

This firm is the best, so professional! Santana made me feel so welcomed and explained everything about the law regarding the case, he even stayed late with me and helped me look for my car keys, Brad was my assigned attorney, he was on time and thorough, he got the case dismissed and I am very pleased. Kat his assistant is very nice and helpful, I would recommend them all, but hope to not need to use them again, if you know what I mean You can trust them!!!
