I’ll just show you. # 1 Failure to obev traffic control device: VEHICLE WAS OBSERVED ON I-10 EB MP 2.5 IN THE NUMBER 1 LANE #2 Failure to obey traffic control device: VEHICLE WAS OBSERVED ÖN I-10 EB MP 2.5 MERGING INTO LANE 2 CROSSING OVER A SOLID DOUBLE WHITE LINE #3 FAIL TO OBEY A TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE (Blew the scale) #4 FAIL TO OBEY A TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE Excessive weight - 2600lbs over on an axle/axle groups: AXLE 2/3 WEIGHT 36.660 Court date 2/28/2022 Verdict: NOT RESPONSABLE/DISMISSAL I couldn’t believe it. I honestly believed I was done in AZ no way they could get this dismissed. However I got the phone call yesterday, “ hey buddy those tickets in Arizona. You are not responsible.” No Court cost no extra fees no fees hidden just the first initial payment for lawyer fees sit back and let your money go to work. I highly Tyler Allen LAW firm for all truck drivers across the United States of America. PSA I am a real person/CDL TRUCK DRIVER. Tyler represented me when I was terminated by my previous employer and threatened to file suit that was baseless. He was thorough and level headed, explaining the steps he was taking with opposing counsel to have the threats cease. All scheduled meetings were prompt and productive.
