Michael Zoldan was great to talk to, very friendly, knowledgable and gave good direction to make a decision.

Unless you have an issue with some Kohl's cash or a Groupon, avoid this Ambulance chaser. You have to pay four-hundred upfront for an hour of this gentlemen's time. I can tell you that burning that four-hundred would have provided more value. When I expressed I could quickly get a job, you could hear the disappointment. I also have a pretty iron-clad case, and thankfully, an actual professional lawyer picked it up. I sent the supporting documentation upfront. He would have noticed he was highly unqualified for something of this caliber. I honestly think this is more of a scam, and he makes most of his money off of hourly "consultations."

Torn because attorney was nice and knowledgeable, but it frequently took months to get anything turned around. A year of waiting intermittently and nothing to show for it. It's clear they had other more important clients. Ultimately wish I'd gone with someone else instead of burning a year with Zoldan. Rating 2 stars instead of 1 because I liked who I worked with, I just wish there had been follow through, I was certainly patient enough.

Sometimes the best advice one can receive is to not move ahead with the proposed litigation. That was the case with us and we appreciated the honest dialogue.
