Paid $400 for 20 mins that I should have gotten for free.

Everyone that I worked with at Zoldan was terrific from the receptionists, secretaries, and my lawyer. They were all upfront and honest about the entire process, continually kept me updated, and made sure that I felt comfortable with each step we took. I am very happy that I hired them for my case.

I would be careful with this Law Firm. I had set up for a phone consultation due to living out of the Phoenix area. The case would have been for wrongful termination as I was now unemployed. They had me pay $325 in advance. When it came time I had a family emergency & was unable to have my consultation call & I was unable to reschedule due to my family issue. They kept my $325 even though the call never happened. In a time when money was already tight they didn't seem to care about that. Such a shame they are greedy sharks. I wouldn't recommend them.

Lawyer seemed very knowledgeable and willing to help from minor level help to as far as you would want to go, while also being up front about cost and willing to work to keep costs down. Always friendly and prompt about meeting times. If I need further assistance, I know I would be back.

Michael Zoldan provided me with excellent advice on how to handle separation and severance from my former employer. Mr. Zoldan could have recommended a course of action which would have resulted in higher legal costs--instead he recommended a course of action that was in my own best interest.

Some lady named Brianna answered the phone with no intention of helping us. Did not sound interested at all at the severity of my case and made me feel unwelcome even calling this place. "We will take an assessment over the phone and we will see if we want the case." Who even says that in a professional setting? Understandably people often call in with employer cases and I'm sure they don't take everyone, But why would someone answer their workplace phone with a name and not even be willing to help? Maybe I called to close to closing time..who knows. I do know that our case shouldn't be down played by a receptionist. ESPECIALLY with a harassment case. But oh well, on to the next who actually wants to help.
