If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I went through something very hurtful and felt unheard. Everything unfolded just in the knick of time. I want to commmed Kelsey for fighting for the 'little guy' and for empathy for something she's never been through. She showed patience, professionalism, and compassion for the maltreatment I experienced. I am grateful for her knowledge, legwork, and expertise.

They were great. Honest, up front didn't overpromise, and settled fast.

Never even scheduled a consultation. The person who called me started by introducing herself and then nothing. Didn't ask for me, didn't state the reason for the call, nothing. It was awkward. Then told me she has nothing available for 2 weeks. She tried to explain its a 15 minute call but couldn't seem to find 15 minutes for 2 weeks? I can only imagine how working with this attorney would be. Above all, I explained I work taking calls all day and can't assume what time I'll be available during work hours in 2 weeks and she told me I can reach out to follow up. Follow up what? Didn't I do that already and that's why she was calling? That was a horrible first impression.

A very wise person once advised me that if a situation arises, in which I personally have no experience dealing with, hire someone who does. The team at Weiler Law went the extra mile to assist me in a very difficult situation. Calls/texts were returned immediately. What was needed on my part was explained and made clear. The process was very quick and painless, for me anyways. Olivia actually came in the office on her day off, just to accommodate my schedule. I was asked for a $ amount that I thought was fair in regards to my situation. The settlement was significantly more than what I was expecting. I would absolutely recommend Weiler Law.
