I used Sonja for an accident that I had on the 51. I was hit by a construction truck coming around the northern bend. Car was totaled and I hit 6-7 other cars. She handled everything for me! She put together a great suit. The insurance company made the worst offers but she held her ground for me. The case went all the way to the first day of court when the insurance company finally came to their senses. She got me the maximum amount i could hope for. She is one of a kind and fights for you the whole way.

Sonja Duckstein and Marcy Barbosa are an amazing team. I was hit by a vehicle while in the crosswalk in front of my work. This could not have happened at a worse time for me. Just because this law firm shows up at the top of search engines, doesn't mean their service will be as great as their SEO. In fact my experience was very different. While the job was eventually done, procrastination and interesting billing are just a few of many reason why I would not recommend this place.

I called in a panick about a situation I was trying to deal with about a vehicle that I bought from out of state that had a 60 day warranty. She gave me some good advice and was very helpful. She couldn't represent me because it was out of state but the point is I could tell she was a go getter and helped me in a way I could move forward.
