I second the minority sentiment here (which I'm dumbfounded as to why it isn't the majority). All to say, if you want half-hearted, disorganized, and condescending "counsel", waste your time here.

The lawyer is very unprofessional. We contacted for landlord - tenant case and wasted a lot of time because of him. He does not care about his clients. If you are looking for a landlord - tenant / real estate attorney, look somewhere else and save your money and time!
