I can’t say enough about Yash. He did a great job for me on a tight deadline. I was due in court for an eviction hearing really early Tuesday morning and he started on my case around 5pm Monday night. He got my landlord’s lawyers to delay and eventually dismiss the eviction and gave me time to move out to a new apartment. He and his team worked closely with me and interceded on my behalf with my Landlord’s lawyers to get me a fair deal which kept me from living in my car.

As a landlord I had a really, really difficult tenant situation that was more stress than I have ever had in my life. It even got dragged out to a trial.
