I cannot say enough GREAT things about Emily and her entire staff. What a wonderful, thoughtful, compassionate, and expect Law Office!!! They helped us with across the country guardianship/POA transfer, recommended Options for Senior living, helped with estate and long term planning, as well as ALTEC. I could keep going, each and every part of Emily’s staff is above any other help we’ve gotten.

I was first introduced to Emily during a webinar presentation regarding special needs trusts. She was very personable and had a wealth of knowledge and experience. I knew she would be a great resource when setting up my estate plan. When I reached out to her office to set up an appointment, they were very helpful in answering all my questions and made sure I understood what each of the documents were, why they were needed, and made sure my wishes were documented correctly before I signed anything. Emily truly cares about her clients and makes sure the families, and those with special needs, are taken care of should something happen. Emily and Michelle were great to work with all the way through the process and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the years to come. I highly recommend!

I had to deal with heartbreaking Trustee issues. Emily was kind and compassionate. She listened to me and explained how I could look at the issues I was facing in a different light. The entire staff was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable and went step by step to explain the process. I felt for myself that, it was a bit pricy, even with a referral discount. It is worth the money to get good service and feel trustworthy people are on your side. So, I feel good about my choice. Just for my own circumstances, it was a little pricy, but worth every penny.
