Emily Taylor is your go-to lawyer for estate planning if you are looking for someone who is: experienced and up to date in the field; thoughtful, kind, patient and trustworthy; who gives back to the community through professional and local charities. I have 7 years of experience working with Emily. She has managed my very difficult (lawyer) parents, teaching them calmly and with no ego about some subtleties of estate planning, while advising against creating their own boobytraps. She also serves as an advisor and trust protector for me and my husband- we unfortunately live out of state or she would be our estate planner too. My only negative about Emily is that she seems to under-bill for her time. The value she will bring to you and your family, in terms of her approach and a job done well (and right!) - and with that, gifting you with incredible peace of mind- is incalculable. I cannot recommend Emily highly enough!

Five stars is too few. My wife Cay and I were referred by a family friend who, at the time we needed help to build an estate plan, swore we would never find a more personable yet professional and knowledgeable legal group to handle our affairs. As a couple with limited experience building a Family Trust, in fact practically none, we had no idea what to expect in the way of advisors or process. This team of Attorney Emily Taylor, Paralegal Jessica McElderry and Team Assistant Camille Needs went over and above to gently tutor and guide us while ensuring that we understood every element and did so with unflagging patience and humor. Practically family after three sessions. We cannot speak too highly of these professionals, including Catherine at Reception, and will absolutely place them front and center for our personal needs going forward and of course as our top referral. You can't go wrong, they're truly delightful, an asset in every sense of the word.

Emily came recommended from some friends to set up our trust and we highly recommend her and her firm. We have a unique situation with two special needs boys and other variables and Emily made the process seamless.
