Lorena helped me with my divorce case promptly and I didn't have to do much on my end. They helped get the information I needed from my ex wife without me having to contact her which I really didn't want to have to do. They also helped me in the end with my case to get some money back. I highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future!!

I can not say enough good things about this office. From the moment we walked in the staff was so nice, well organized and very welcoming. Joseph helped our family walk step by step and explained in detail what every form we were signing and filling out was and he took time to answer every question we had. I had a really good experience with the Ortega law firm. The staff was very nice, and helpful. They always kept me informed and answered all my questions. I felt that Mrs Ortega worked really hard to take care of my case. I would recommend her, and use her again.

I couldn’t have had a better experience with Joe Angel at the Legal Resource Center in Phoenix. Joe has gone above and beyond in helping get all of my cousin’s legal documents drafted and executed. Joe is friendly, responsive and was able to answer all of our questions and file the updated property deed! I’ve honestly never met such a great resource or a more helpful individual!

Alane represented my granddaughter in criminal matter. From the very beginning she listened to the situation, reviewed the documents, and formulated a plan. She aggressively defended and presented my granddaughter's side of the situation. The outcome was the best possible. Alane is extremely professional, compassionate, and honestly concerned about her clients. Not only did she negotiate a great outcome she helped us to understand the complicated legal system, she eased the anxiety of the situation. If anyone has a need for legal representation Alane is truly one of the best.

2/13/2023 UPDATE: Finally got the Consultation refunded. Had a consultation with Mrs. Ortega scheduled and paid back in late January 2023, for March 2nd, 2023. Stopped by to verify and confirm that this firm would be able to handle my issues while up in the area for personal business, and chatted with the office manager, Antoinette for a bit, with the overall confidence that this firm would be a good fit and would fight for me after our talk, and that it was something that Mrs. Ortega could handle, even given the specialty nature of my potential case(s), it definitely seemed like she would be a great fit based on her experiences and expertise, and I was eagerly awaiting the consultation in March. Unfortunately the next day I received a call from the firm stating they were canceling "numerous consultations" due to an unexpected issue with an attorney on staff, or something of that nature, and mine was included. I was unhappy about it but was not surprised, as its been my luck as of recent. However, they were supposed to refund me and my girlfriend on the 31st. As of yesterday, Friday, February the 11th, of 2023, and after at least 3 calls asking when the refund of $150.00 for the cancelled consultation is, we still have not received our promised refund. I have lost all respect for this firm when they lied about refunding a consultation, besides the fact that they didn't even make an attempt to reschedule me, and then what appears to me as "two facing' me and my girlfriend about refunding the $150.00 consultation fee. Will be calling their payment merchant Square on Monday to request a chargeback. Edit: forgot to mention that I signed nothing and revived no emails for the initial paperwork and consultation, nor any info on the refund. And yes, I had them verify my email address over the phone..... Potential clients beware!
