Mr. Powell was not only very knowledgeable but also sincere. He made the process very understandable and was very easy to work with on the payment plans. Always returned my phone calls to answer all my questions. ( How many Lawyers do that?)

I hired Mr. Powell based on a referral from a friend. I needed an experienced attorney that could manage a difficult case involving tax issues. I was not disappointed. Mr. Powell handled my case without any issues. He was always there for any questions or concerns that I had. We went to see Mr. Powell about Bankruptcy. However it was very hard for us to think of going this route. My wages have been being reduced for about a year now which has put a Hardship on us. He wanted us to go over the finances with him, and then go home and go over the figures to see where we really stood. After, going over the finances again at home, I saw that I could work a very tight budget out, and that would be workable.
