Being charged with 3 felonies and having 5 prior felonies I was looking at possibly serving the rest of my life in prison. My wife hired Mr. Cates to handle my bond hearing and right from the start Mr. Cates got my bond reduced so I could bond out. Long story short we are at the end of this case to where I will get a very short prison term to serve and this is a victory but Mr. Cates and his team are upset that I didn’t get a better outcome. My husband was stopped in Apache county with 2 other guys, they were charged with 9 counts of fraud.
