“J. Andrew Jolley”, or “Andy Jolley”, or “Andrew Jolley”, or “James Jolley”, who is running in Prescott lost his license in 2019 for 6 months for fraud. He stole money from the elderly and lied under oath. His reviews are terrible as an attorney and his conduct sounds unprofessional, and at times frightening. Do your due diligence before voting for this man or giving him your business.
