Best experience ever!! Pennie and Al were so helpful with my case. They made our court experience so smooth and I had no doubt or stress about anything. I felt very confident having Pennie there by my side in court. I highly recommend them to anyone!! If we ever need a lawyer in the future they will be the first one I would call! I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience with Prescott Law Group, PLC!! I was under the impression that I would be able to qualify for an annulment and process my own paperwork at the courthouse based upon what I’d read in the state I’d previously lived in and after having read the annulment package provided by the clerks of the court. Boy, was I wrong!! After 6 months, I ended up in court and was able to speak with the judge about personal property that I owned and my husband had. The judge was kind enough to explain that I’d “gooned” the entire process up and that I’d be given 30 days to rectify my paperwork. With that, I finally decided to request professional help; I wasn’t as smart as I thought I was. Based upon word of mouth and online reviews, I selected Prescott Law Group, PLC as my law firm and began working with Pennie Wamboldt and Al Cedro; they ultimately saved me from myself!! They were able to get my case on track, gave very sound advice, and we were able to complete a Consent Decree! Soooooo much less painful than it could have been. I requested the help of Pennie and Al to resolve an ownership issue on a house I had with my ex girl friend. They were very helpful and honest. After taking the time to review my situation they sent out a settlement proposal letter which unfortunately was rejected by her. They gave me several options but recommended that I drop the case because I did not have sufficient evidence that would hold up in court and could have cost me a lot of money.
