Prescott Law Group was critically important in obtaining a fair and timely divorce. This process can sometimes take over a year but their highly experienced and skillful attorneys and paralegals made it happen in less than four months. Pennie Wamboldt is an exceptionally smart, personable and experienced family law attorney who has practiced in that specialty for many years and it shows in every interaction, every filing, every argument. She was able to simply and clearly advise me of my legal rights and obligations at every step, she never failed to tell me when a position was unreasonable and conversely never failed to advocate for me when needed. She was prepared for every hearing and every trick by opposing counsel. Pennie was unflappable and indefatigable when working my case. Al Cedro provided clear and concise document preparation instructions, worked tirelessly to interface between myself and my attorney and handling all filing after the petition was filed pro se. Calls and emails were almost invariably responded to on the same business day. I never lacked opportunities to meet in person as well. The firm has spent years building a rapport with clerks, judges and their colleagues in the area and it shows. Other attorneys and paralegals can make you feel abandoned or of a lesser priority while this one truly does treat your case with the dedication and attentiveness you deserve.
