There was no professionalism when I called into your office. The receptionist seemed as if she didn't know I was a customer calling in and I was not greeted with a hello thank you for calling R&R or anything. I scheduled a consult anyways thinking maybe it was an off day. I received an email with details for my scheduled consult for the wrong day. I responded to the email bringing attention to this detail and was told it was an error but I would receive a call on the correct day...fast forward and no call.. I waited 20 minutes and decided to call in and again the receptionist had no idea...put me on hold for over 5 more minutes and I finally hung up. THEN someone decided to return my call and was not apologetic for YOUR firms error. But yet I get sales emails daily? What it comes down to is how was I going to be treated as a client and the firms actions spoke volumes.

Amazing experience. They told me from the get go what they planned to do and stuck to it every step of the way. They committed to fight my charge and did so relentlessly until they got the result they thought that was fair, one that I didn't think was possible. I was assigned Jushin Gill and this guy is simply amazing. I have used an attorney before for a criminal speeding offense and they basically sold me endless false promises. Use these guys with total confidence. A++++++++
