I needed an attorney in Arizona for a speeding ticket in Scottsdale. Turned out I picked the perfect law firm for it. They know what they are doing in this area. Responsive and communicative from my first e-mail through a successful conclusion to the matter.

Jushin' determination and attention to detail helped me reduce a criminal speeding ticket to a civil offense. This helped me avoid a class 3 misdemeanor and a criminal record.

WASTE OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! I had 1 speeding ticket... 1. The secretary caused my attorney to COMPLETELY MISS MY COURT DATE. 2. After they finally did represent me in court, they NEVER called me to inform me of my case. 3. I had to keep calling for updates. I never knew what was going on with my case unless I CONSTANTLY called them to ask. 4. When I would finally talk to them for an update, it was never good news. They would say "two weeks ago when we went to court (this) happened....." and I was completely unaware of what was going on at all times. 5. They promised to get my speeding ticket off my record.... ITS STILL ON MY RECORD 6. I have no idea how they are rated as "top traffic attorneys in the area" because this is the WORST AND MOST EXPENSIVE SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN!!!!! (YOU MIGHT AS WELL SAVE YOUR $1700 AND REPRESENT YOURSELF IN COURT!)

I did not have a great experience with RR Law group. This was my first time in my life that I have ever needed this kind of representation and I feel they did not live up to my expectations whatsoever. My initial call was filled with a lot of positivity and things they could do for me. If I pay for a service I would expect as a customer that they exceed my expectations. I was treated like just another number and did not feel they were at all empathetic to my situation. They did not keep me posted about events to the point I had to call multiple times. I had at least 4 or 5 different people to deal with, even though on the initial call I specifically said to Robert "will I be dealing with you". I'm from Canada, I payed $3000 American to have someone represent me, then another $300-$500 in fees fines. Then I had to do get counselling for addictions that I don't have. There was video evidence, I was there with 8 friends and I still didn't get off. My friends used different representation with more charges and got off on all accounts. I received multiple emails and texts to leave feedback which tells me RR Law Group is not aware on how there treat their clients. This is the very first time I leave any kind of feedback for anyone. I'm sorry but for the amount of money I paid and the experience I have received I give them 0 Stars

My court case was continued 3 times with little to no notice from the law firm. When I called to discuss the matter I was told it was better for my case as the officer may miss the hearing and the case would be dropped. I was innocent of my charges, why play a game with the court on trying to confound the system to try and win? It is apparent they do not habe strong consul for traffic cases otherwise why would they need to play this game of HIDE and go seek a new court date. I demanded my money back and was refused even though we never had a meeting or went to court. The lawyer also referenced my case as a stop light camera case yet the actual ticket was for failure to stop before an accident occurred. They don't even know what they are fighting for.

Handled my speeding ticket without me having to go to court in another city three hours away. I hope I don't have to call them again but if I do they will be the first on my list. Could not have asked for a better outcome.

They helped me with my criminal speeding case; defensive driving was the outcome. A thing to note, the judge for my case was really strict with speeding cases.

I always prefer to deal with smaller companies becasue it seems like they still value all their clients. THis firm is no different. Despite my issue being "small potatoes" I feel like I was never less important than any other client they have.
