My Electrical Contracting Company was owed a lot of money from an out of state General Contractor. Thru the customer defaulting on the payment and then shut down because of covid I was not paid for my services. James was able to negotiate a deal with the General Contractor and set up a payment plan to recover my past due invoices. I am sure without his services it would not have turned out so well. I should have hired him right away instead of waiting. Absolutely highly recommend.
