Not everything has always gone our way but James is always extremely kind, respectful and extremely honest with his billing (good luck finding that with most attorneys). Mr. Sparks proved to be the perfect attorney for my situation. He defended me in a harassment injunction. He is such a good listener, analyzing all the evidence being produced during the hearing. He asked several questions that, when answered by my accuser, made the evidence questionable. In an extremely professional way, he suggested to the judge that my accuser produced inadequate evidence. Surprisingly, the judge quashed the injunction before I had to produced ANY defense. It was a 20 minute court hearing.

In April of 2016 I was unfortunalty the driver in an accident where o was rear ended turning into my apt complex. I called Mr sparks and he took care of everything in less than a day. I had an appt with the doctor and he was immediately In contact with my car insurance and the other parties insurance. During this time Mr Sparks and his team would check in on me weekly then monthly as needed until the claim was complete. I would recommend his law firm to any one who needs accident law.
