On a scale of 1-10, Jay & Emi are a SOLID 12! Each. Twice I've had to use the services of Hall Underwood. The first time, a family crisis was handled by Jay Hall. He resolved our issue w knowledge, kindness for my son, and was very firm in the direction to take. The second time, was for our family business/trusts. Emi was extremely well versed with various statutes & case law. She was also very patient, spending lots of time answering my questions on numerous occasions & quelling our fears. Both times each attorney handled our affairs with the utmost professionalism. Two different issues, both serious, for our large extended family. Both were handled the same way-GREAT!

First: Erena is exceptional at what she does. She is probably the most knowledge immigration attorney in the Phoenix area. She is unbeatable when it comes to customer service. She knows her stuff; she is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to the in’s and out’s of Immigration Law. We interviewed Erena 1.4 years ago; we really liked her. She took such good care of us and, she was so understanding. She spent copious amounts of time answering our questions. Erena is a wonderful human being, and she truly cares for her clients. We made the near-fatal mistake of hiring another lawyer, before meeting Erena. All I can say is that our experience with the other lawyer was horrific. Erena stepped in and saved the day, with a BIG smile and a lot of care. We love Erena, whoever reads this review should hire her ASAP, don't go anywhere else.
