Working with Erena has been the best decision I have made when it comes to going through the immigration process. She is very efficient and well aware of all the rules and policies to get things done. She is very honest and will fight for you till the end. If you or a loved one are going through the immigration filing process definitely go see her. It is worth every penny.

When we first meet her on the day of consultation, she was so energetic and promise that i will do this and that but i need one month to review The case. We agreed she got paid and after a month when we I texted her she said sorry I was so busy I need more time. Finally after two months when I texted her she was like you are bothering me I need to rufun you the money back. I talked with her and she said she sorry because you were keep messing me so we end up with making an appointment. On the day of the appointment I texted her sharp exactly at the appointment time that we are waiting for you in lobby she didn't respond to my message so we waited and it's 24 minutes passed the appointment time so I called her, she came out of her office and telling us you are bothering me I need to refund your money back. I was like you have wasted my time this whole time and she threatened us that don't make me to call the police and security wait here.she is not caring about your stuts, she doesn't care about your time, all she cares is about the money and she keeps telling you one word I am busy.

Emi and Jay are incredible attorneys. I have never met two people who are as devoted as they are. Every question I had was answered. They are professional, prompt, but most importantly they care! Emi is incredibly hard-working and dedicated! She worked hand in hand with me, making sure each question I had was answered. My paperwork was always filed in a timely manner and she knew exactly how to handle every situation. Emi was attentive to all my needs and never made me feel bad for contacting her with questions. She always made sure to answer any I had. She is amazing!! I can’t say enough great things about Jay. From the first email to now I’ve seen his kindness. From my own experience, Erena cares so much about her clients, treats them really well, and helps them from teh very beginning to the end. She is very responsive and answers your texts, phone calls, and emails immediately including over the weekends as well as at nights. She is highly competent in her field, she knows many USCIS officers, and advises / guides to best of her ability. Once you start working with her, you feel in good hands which helps you immensely in these stressful times. Emi was nothing short of amazing in guiding me thru one of the worst and stressful experiences in my life! She came into my custody battle very late on (my fault) and worked so hard on it!
