Its not every day I write reviews but I could not help but give this firm an amazing shout out. Derek took my disability from 0% to 70% in a matter of 16 months. When i originally applied by myself I was met with deadends at all turns. I came to Derek hoping I would get the minimum % which would also help me with free VA healthcare and other benefits. He went above and beyond for me like no other lawyer has in the past. And he is not done yet. This firms mission is to get everyone as close to 100% as possible. They know what it means to be a veteran and they know the hardships most veterans face after separation not just physically but emotionally and financially as well.
