I am a USAF Vet that served from 1972 - 1992 with several service related medical issues that have presented many challenges for the past 15 to 20 years. I contacted Stone Rose Law after a friend of mine helped me understand the importance of getting the best firm to represent you. The firm was very helpful in navigating through multiple documents and put a case together that helped me gain my new status of disability. I just thought I was getting older and just accepted the slow onset of my worsening disabilities. Initially my disability in 1992 started at 10%, increased to 20% after surgery on my back in 1997. In July of 2023 I was awarded a 90% rating. I am more than pleased at the outcome and have serious respect for Stone Rose Law for the outstanding service they provided to me!

The team at Stone Rose handled my issues quickly and effectively, I absolutely recommend. If you’re a veteran you absolutely have to ask for Derek Debus for anything military related. I'm a vet who tried to get things done with the DAV and other organizations without any success. The VA denied my claims over and over. I called Rose Stone about a year ago and they were successful in taking my claim from 20% to 80%. If I thought this law firm was incompetent...you wouldn't be reading my review. I'm a veteran who was rated at 70% for one condition for a long time. I got a consultation with Derek and he explained the whole process. He is really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I did not have my C file and they had to request that on my behalf. They reviewed my C file and found many service related injuries that could be filed. They filed on my behalf and I attended the C&P exams. I answered all the questions truthfully and to the best of my ability. A few months later I was 100% P&T. Everyone at the firm is very helpful. Derek also noticed a discrepancy in one of my previous claims (that I filed on my own) and reopened it to get me rated for that disability. Overall my experience with SRL was amazing. I highly recommend you use them for your VA disability needs. If you are on the fence about getting VA attorney, don't be, use SRL and you'll be in good hands.

If you've dealt with the VA before you know it can be very difficult to feel heard and properly acknowledged. With Derek, that weight was lifted from me and my family and he was the one who fought on our behalf. He was patient, diligent and excellent with communication. I can't recommend him enough to anyone who is in the VA tug-of-war, just trying to receive the necessary and appropriate benefits for their service.

I've been back and forth with the VA over my rating for more than 20 years. I spoke with another lawyer in Phoenix and he dropped my case because it wasn't worth his time. I was at 30% rating for minor issues. Stone Rose Law refiled my claim. I just got my rating increased to 100% total and permanent. While it does not back pay for the 20+ years I've been out, it does back pay from this recent file date and gives me some validation that I should have gotten the rating in the first place. If you black don't call this lawyer they call me back asking questions about my case but treated me like I'm guilty I tried telling the man what I know of the case and he was impatient with the truth I don't know about no drugs don't hire them

Had an amazingly easier time going through VA process my second time around. Utilized Derek and Nathan, had my case open and closed with rating in less then 3 months!!
