Very happy with Howard Dworman and the staff at Rosenstein law group. Last year one of our family members was wrong fully arrested for DUI after having car issues on the freeway. We were recommended by a family member to contact Howard and Rosenstein law group and where glad we did. They took charge and were able to get charges dropped and help see that justice was served. Working with Steven Scharboneau and Stone Rose Law was a great experience! Their communication was amazing and consistent and they kept me informed all the way through! I had a very unfortunate situation occur to me in December 2021. I honestly thought my entire life and career was over. Rosenstein Law Group really came through for me. Recently I found myself in a situation that was unexpected with Law enforcement in Glendale Arizona. Having no criminal record and no experience with the court system, I was facing a misdemeanor for something that was purely circumstantial. December 2021 I was breathalyzed and had blood drawn. I was definitely not 0.00 BAC and under the age of 21. The next day I immediately began contacting about 15 lawyers. Colby from Stone Rose Law stood out to me because he was quick, honest, and provided multiple possible outcomes. He eased my nerves with his knowledge. He did disclaim he had to review everything in detail to be sure. It sounds silly but I felt safe in their hands and it didn't feel like I was gambling the outcome. Other lawyers were way expensive or too cheap. I couldn't afford it or felt ripped off. They're in the middle their quality, expertise, and comfort radiating was worth way more than cheaping out. Jake Lee took over my case and he was also amazing! Any questions I had were always answered, I was always in the loop, and he's simply 10/10 professional. They care. Considering I should have gotten a baby dui which would have suspended my license for 2 years, they achieved the best scenario. 1 day jail, jail costs waived, 16 hours of classes, and the lowest fines allowed for 1st offense DUI. From the MVD you can't help the 90 day suspension and breathalyzer for 6-12 months. I referred a friend on a Saturday at 6am for an emergency and he got back to me ASAP. He already handled their case for MIP and got it dismissed. My friend wasn't going to get a lawyer but has expressed with me how grateful he is I got him in contact with Jake Lee and looking at the outcome the cost was not at all bad and extremely worth it. I made a mistake that I definitely won't be allowing to happen again. It's simply a non-negotiable for me. Life happens and when you're at your lowest you're looking everywhere for help and a way out. Stone Rose Law immediately made me see the light and this is something you can move on from. After dealing with a firm that seemed to want more money every other day, we went with Howard Dworman at Rosenstein Law. Howard fought hard to make sure my grandson was treated fairly and had the best possible outcome for his case. He was always available directly, no matter the day or time and had a reasonable payment. He cared about my grandson as a person not just a number or another case. If I’m honest I was a bit skeptical with partnering with Stone Rose law at first hearing the potential outcomes they expressed not sure if I should get my hopes up, but one thing I can say for sure is that they mean business. They didn’t just talk a good game, but they backed it up with their actions, and by actions I mean always reaching out to communicate in a timely manner every step of the way of my claim process with any progression that was had. Being available and having a great response time when I needed clarity on things making the impression that they will really be diligent in the fight with my claim. When I started with them, I had already been fighting a loosing battle to the VA for two years until after only a short time of being with them, there work helped me gain 50% service connection with even more pending progress. The team of Jake and Derek submitted my claim with a strategic approach that resulted in a quick turn around of service connection in weeks that I would have no way of been able to do on my own. Really nice a great group of people at this law firm. My lawyer Derek has really been doing great stuff for me on my VA disability and hasn't shied out of anything. Definitely would recommend 100/10 because that's how great these people are.
