My case was very complicated with many variables. From the first time we sat down with Craig and his team to our last meeting in the courtroom they were all dedicated and determined to see that justice prevailed. After 2 years all charges were dropped. Thank you to Craig and his team I will never forget the care and sensitivity you showed me and how determined you all were.

David Maletta took my case on a few weeks before I had to go to court. With such a tight deadline, I wasnt sure how my case would end up. Excellent! Look no further. I worked with Mr. Dave Maletta and several of his colleagues. I was charged with felony speeding (104/65)! and Dave's team thoroughly researched the charge, requested video records, attended multiple hearings and in the end I was only assessed traffic school. No points off my license, no actual charge even recorded. Just traffic school assessed. Everyone on the team was professional and accessible. Reasonably priced as well. All court appearances were included in the one time fee.

Rosestein law group is an outstanding firm that I recommend using if you are in any sort of legal trouble. Omer was great in helping me with my case and making sure that knew what was going on the entire time. Omer made sure that every time I left his office I felt that everything in regards to my case was being handled professionally. This was my first experience with DUI in AZ. It wasn't great: I slammed my SUV into the back of a semi truck on my way home from a few nuclear IPAs. I was ambulanced to the hospital for a couple days (I'm ok, thanks, and the truck driver was unscratched). It was an extreme DUI, maybe even super extreme by AZ standards. I should be in jail. Instead I'm writing a review on Google from my home. It cost me (yes, you are going to pay for your DUI), but I knew it would and Rosenstein's team is worth every red cent. The entire team at Rosenstein - and they are definitely a team - is on point, knowledgable, and non-judgemental. I'm familiar with legal proceedings so I wanted a lawyer that could take the ball and run with it and not bother me with the details. They accommodated me, but were clear that they are willing to do regular status updates for the clients that want it. The Rosenstein team negotiated the DA down to a slight DUI with 1 day served and 8 days of home detention with 12-hour work furloughs. Dave Smith, the attorney who argued my case before the court, was careful to go over every aspect of the case, what I should expect from the judge in my jurisdiction. Moreover, Dave convinced the judge to waive jail time. In short, Dave Smith and Rosenstein Law knocked the wind out of a personal disaster and made what could have been a nightmare into something like an extended inconvenience. Yes, I learned my lesson. But many of you haven't and if you get nailed, Rosenstein is your best chance of fixing it.
