I hired Tim because I had a very unfortunate event happen to me. Never, in a million years did I believe calling for help would land me in handcuffs, in jail and facing not 1 but 2 misdemeanor charges (domestic violence and assault). I’ve never been so distraught and confused in my life. I couldn’t have been more fortunate and lucky to have hired, Tim Sparling. He took care of my case from the very beginning to the very end. I never once stepped foot in court, as Tim went to my court dates, went through my case with a fine tooth comb and did his due diligence in interviewing all parties involved in the incident. His hard work and dedication with leaving no page unturned, eventually lead to my case to being dismissed. I got pulled over at mill ave in Tempe just before 2am. I was arrested for dui slightest decree. Not knowing how this would affect me financially or professionally, i turned to the best in the field. After i was released i called Rosenstein law group and Jonathan assured me everything would be ok. We setup an appointment and after listening to 3 different law groups i knew this was the best and worth every penny for my case. I cannot say enough good things about Craig Rosenstein. I spent 18 months fighting something that I knew was wrong. When i first sat down with Craig, he got it, and he got it from my point of view, which is a rare trait amongst lawyers. Nonetheless, I hired Craig and in the end, I was also found NOT GUILTY. LIFE CHANGING CRIMINAL DEFENSE! After I was arrested and charged in Gilbert for a super extreme DUI (BAC above .20) it is safe to say I was terrified. I am not a person who has been in trouble before, and I had no idea how to tackle this situation. Luckily, I had Craig Rosenstein’s phone number and I contacted him immediately. Every situation is different, but I can tell you from firsthand experience, this firm is THE BEST in the business. I made the biggest mistake of my life, after a night of drinking I got in my car and drove. I was pulled over in my own neighborhood. Literally 8 houses from home. I was arrested amd looking at an extreme DUI. I was referred to Rosenstein Law Group by our family attorney.
