Forming a LLC can be confusing and time consuming. Keyt Law made it as easy as possible to accomplish our goals and was helpful with all our questions. We also found the online/videos informative and easy to reference as we proceeded.

KeyT Law created everything in a timely manner, applied for necessary EIN's, created comprehensive binders with all documents and assisted me with follow up Q&A on numerous issues. Mr. Keyt was recommended to us an ASU law professor. You can't ask for a much better recommendation than that, and he proved why with great explanations, reasonable prices, and fast turnarounds and responses. If you are a computer/internet savvy person, Keyt takes maximum advantage of those capabilities.
