About Ben Kuipers - Unfortunately, there are no words in the English language fit to describe my experience with Ben. I never could have expected to be so impressed and well taken care of by a lawyer. To sum it up, Ben is: talented; knowledgeable; honest; fair; accommodating; charismatic; charming; effective and pleasant. PLUS he charged me less to complete my entire case than most other lawyers quoted me for just a retainer fee. About My Case - I was worried that I was going to have to serve time, pay insane amounts of money and have my life taken over by the judicial system for a felony charge, from several years ago. After weeks of researching the history and current system of law, I decided that if I had any chance at getting through this, I was going to need a good honest lawyer. I couldn't afford the outrageous prices lawyers typically charge though, so I spent another couple of weeks researching lawyers and law firms to find the perfect balance of affordable and exceptional. I ended up with a more exceptional lawyer than any of those high-priced hacks could be! Ben got my charges reduced with the lowest possible sentence with virtually no imposing restrictions! Whenever I was able to have conversation with him, he answered all my questions in an understandable way, and was happy to discuss the more taboo aspects of the law with me. He made clear that which I didn't understand and enlightened me to my misconceptions. Conclusion - !!!!!!!!! BENJAMIN KUIPERS IS A PHENOMENAL LAWYER & A WONDERFUL PERSON !!!!!!!!!! My first impression of Ben was that he is huge- 6'6" tight end build Lawyer! But his winning smile set me at ease, I want this guy fighting on my side! Right from my first consultation regarding a DUI charge, Benjamin Kuipers was fully on my side. He asked about my situation and what happened that night. Then explained how we should proceed and helped me understand the process. He got the charges dismissed with only a few points on my license. Highly recommend!!

I am so glad I was given Ben's number by a friend. He took a situation that wasn't the best with me, and turned it around in a couple months and got me final legal decision making. My ex is paying my attorneys fees and I have my kids. He's a lifesaver!

Have a lot of good things to say about Ben. His firm was pretty good and staff pretty responsive, though sometimes i did have to wait a day to get a reply to my emails. But it was in court that Ben's colors really shone through. He absolutely demolished my ex on the stand and exposed her lies. The judge ruled she wasn't credible and madethings right. I can't recommend him enough in front of the judge. Worth the money.

I can't recommend these guys more. Ben got my case handled quickly with professionalism. He subpoenaed records and lined up witnesses, and when we just brought that forward my ex decided that he didn't want any. He's a game changer.

I hired Ben to get my kids back, and he did. I'm not sure exactly what happened or how it was done, but at the end of the day, where I had an order of protection upheld against me and wasn't able to see my kids, I walked away with primary custody! He's the man.

I found Ben through a friend, and didn't know exactly waht to expect. He's downn to earth and straightforward, he explained the case against me clearly and told me what the prosecutors would be telling the jury. We went through everything and found where the ppolice didn't follow the law, and he got the case dismsissed. Dismissed! I really recommend him.

I met Ben for a criminal law consultation, and not only did he not try to convince me to go with him he told me how to discuss the case with the public defender and get it resolved without chagres going on my record. He told me to save y money and I did. He's an honest man.

Hired Ben a few months ago to handle a case for my two kids. My ex tried to take them and move them to Nevada, and actually had them already there under the temporary orders. Ben got the orders reversed showed the court the lies and the kids are here with me now!! He's worth his weight in gold in court!

I spoke with Mr. St. Clair in my journey through the short sale process while going through a divorce. It was nice to have someone who genuinely seemed to want to help and always responded ultra quickly day or night. He is the most knowlegable attorney of any attorney I ever had and I have had quite a few. He spoke in clear and plain terms for any layman to understand and listened attentively to all my concerns and followed with picking them off one by one.
