I cannot thank everyone at Bivens & Associates for taking such great care of the most essential elements of my "legal" world! I feel so "at ease" for lack of a better phrase. Yes, even better than just having "peace of mind". I am almost in tears thinking about how I really feel!!! Honestly, I can hardly express it in words! Stephanie Bivens did some work for me and my mother 17 years ago. I have contacted them about four times. I was told that I would receive a call today at 9:30 am. It's now 10:12 am with no call. I called them back and told the person who answered the phone that I would not consider doing business them anymore. There reliability appears to be zero.

I met with Wendy a few weeks ago to simply ask her some questions about asset protection, LLC's, and how to structure them considering my unique situation.
