While we work with many types of attorney's we had no-one with experience in trademark/intellectual property law. As a busy medical practice we we didn't have time to waste going back and forth with an attorney. We found Michael online, being very nervous to do so and were immediately impressed by his knowledge and his ability to easily explain what is a very difficult part of the law to deal with. He took our case on and went to work immediately. He was responsive, kept us updated, and was at all times very easy to get ahold of. Our situation was time sensitive and had to be dealt with immediately and he very quickly took a hold of the situation and moved it along. We couldn't be happier that we found him and appreciate what a good job he did. His staff is also professional and very pleasant to work with.

Michael helped me through an international settlement that was not only distressing but at times, very confusing. After several back and forth messages, I set a time to have a consultation call with an attorney. When I messaged on Skype to say I was ready to chat, I was told that "it came to the firms attention the attorney will not be able to move forward with the matter". What a massive waste of my time, why not tell me this 2 weeks ago when we set the appointment? Or any time before the actual meeting? Very unprofessional.

Wendy helped my business partner and I set up our LLC and also prepared all of my husband and my estate documents. She made both processes incredibly painless, and she did a great job listening to us and capturing our wishes. I highly recommend her services!

Newly married and my wife and I needed to make sure we were protecting one another in case of an unforeseen passing. Wendy was able to walk us through the entire process of Living Wills, Power of Attorneys, and everything else we were looking for. I’ll admit, I was quite ignorant to the whole process, but she made everything so simple. I had a will when I was in the military, but until now I never realized how much was missing and it may have been problematic for my surviving family. Wendy offered a lot of direction, previously not offered by my prior preparer. It’s nice to have a level of peace of mind for my wife and me. This firm made a potentially morbid drafting of documents into a quick, comprehensive, and easy affair.

I have worked with Wendy now for several months and find her to be available when we need her, efficient in her work, and willing to roll at our speed (high or low). To top it off she is amazing at communicating with us. Professional and efficient

If there were six or seven stars for the rating, instead of five, Wendy A. would have earned and got all of them, and more. I cannot thank her enough for the help she provided as of the very moment when I contacted her with my CPA team about incorporating both of my businesses. Two very different entities, requiring two very different ways of incorporating, and some major mind work between Wendy, me, and my CPA team. I had contacted and spoke with several advisors in the past and no one was able to provide me with a clear solution, explain me why we need this, and not that, and work as a true team with my own team (phone calls, video conferences, immediately addressed e-mails) in such an efficient way. Wendy went far beyond accommodating my needs through the whole procedure - and taking over at points where I felt not confident enough, or simply had no time or energy, to figure things on my own. It feels so amazing to feel that your business attorney truly has your interests as her priority, and your back! Several offices had not even returned my calls. One "forgot" about me because it was their summer and vacation time. I got a written apology, but that did not solve the problem. Some had no idea how to approach the questions I had. As a result, I have both of my businesses incorporated in the very specific way which is the most beneficial to me and my Clients.
