This "The Schill Law Group" is by far the worst firm you can hire! Save your money and look for a good law firm! I learned from my mistake, never relying on Google Reviews when trying to find an attorney. My family and myself decided to hired this firm to defend my cousins on a high profile case and I have to say "The Schill Law Group" did not do a thing. Mr. Jeremy Huss was the attorney assigned to the case.The nightmare commence here! For two months he was trying to obtain all the files from the FBI which he said it was taking longer than usual. Then finally after being persistent Mr. Jeremey confirmed files were sent from the FBI. Here comes the interesting part! My cousin first court appearance Jeremey from "The Schill Law Group" was not present! When I found out he was not there next to my cousin to represent him on his first court appearance I called him immediately! He did not answer! I texted him with my frustration and my concerns, and he did have the courtesy to call back and apologized. He explained to me that in one email that he exchanged with the FBI he missed the date and didn't see it! Prison First Visitation: For several weeks Jeremy made excuse after excuse why he couldn't make it to prison to visit and interview my cousin. And finally when Jeremy made it to prison he couldn't see my cousin because he was late. What attorney does not show up to court and makes it on time to visit their client?? Financial: When I first met with this law firm I explained my financial situation and we made special payment arrangement. Supposedly the Owner John Schill was a reasonable person to work with. When my second or third payment was charged to my credit card it declined; their accountant called and asked for payment. I said "sorry, can you please run my credit card Friday!? Fund will not be available until Friday". She said "okay". Then the same day "Mr John Schill "(Owner) called me and said It better be the last time a payment gets declined by your bank. I felt that when it came down to money they were very aggressive but when it came to help my cousin this law firm didn't show any signs of caring. Finally, my family and myself decided to fired this firm due to lack of interest in helping my cousin. We requested a refund! It took them three weeks to figured out all the hours they supposedly worked on the case! They sent a certified letter with a breakdown greater than the amount we gave them. We gave them a total of $8,000 and they came with hours equalling $11,000. In other words they kept all the money for doing nothing! Again, save your money and hire a real honest firm. These people are only after your money!! They are rude! They onced called me asking for my cousin (the one in prison) and I said, " this is his cousin". They just slammed the phone on me! I called back and complained, their excused was the person who called accidentally pulled the cord. Sure! I know what I heard!

These guys are the best friendly and professional. They answered my questions fast and put my mind at ease. If you need a attorney give them a call.

I had one of the worst experiences with this Lawyer John Schill. He ripped me and my family off on a DUI case and did nothing to help me but scare me into a plea bargain and steal all of my money!!! I would not recommend him to anyone and all he cares about and talks about is the dogs he takes care of. I wouldnt be surprised if he abuses the dogs like he abuses his clients!!! BE AWARE!!!

I highly recommend Derek Olivers if you are looking for a capable, knowledgeable, and caring attorney. He went above and beyond in helping me to resolve a horrible situation that I was placed in. He is seriously MY HERO! Thank you so much Derek!!!

This law firm should be put out of business !!! I am contacting the state bar to report Michele Carlton, David Uhas and John Schill. Please be advised these people are liers and thiefs. They lied to me telling me they were doing there job, but were doing anything but there job to protect my daughter from the abuse she has endured after she was stolen from me ( her Father). These lawyers were threating as well as miss guiding !!! When ever I had a discrepancy about what they were doing, I would be treated with " you can fire me and find other representation if you don't like how I'm doing things" this is what I was told knowing Damn well I had no more money to seek new council. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. The arrogant attitude these lawyers display is aweful. My daughter was abused by the mother and neglected. These lawyers were unprepared and negligent in presenting the facts. Allowing my xwife to continue to alienate me from any contact. These people are clearly only interested in taking your money and showing up late to court with out a clue !!! That's Schill law group !!! A group of manipultive lawyers that abuse the LAW !!! Anyone else who hired this law group, please contact me. I believe a class action law suit should be filed against this company. John Schill needs to be held accountable for his actions and the lawyers he assigns to the case. John Schill is only focused on taking your money !!! The quality of representation is not a concern for him once he has your money. This is a fact ! Save yourself from the heart ach of disapointment. Schill law does bad business, terrible representation !!! As I review the current ratings for this company. I can clearly see the manipulation of remarks made by the comments from John Schill. How funny to see his response and accusations in response two clients remarks. John Schill likes to play the victim, instead of being a man and accepting responsiblility for your actions. His cry baby complaints of clients being a Bully and treating his staff disrespectfully is the tactics John Schill will imply about his paying clients. This is a clear example of his disrespectful attitude towards the clients that retain his services. The arrogance John Schill presents to his clients clearly shows how uncompationate he is. I have experienced the rude tone his Secretary takes with me when simply asking to speak to the attorney assigned to my case. As it is implied by John Schill in his recent comments that his staff should only have to tolerate so much. Nothing was mentioned in fact of how the staff takes it upon themselves to treat clients rudely and disrespectfully whether it's with tone, hanging up on me, or the arrogance produced by these staff members. This is unacceptable Behavior and I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. These are our children our family we are fighting for, the most important people in our lives,
