We have hired Derek Oliverson to help my 22 year old son in his case. So far, Derek responds to my questions when I text him. He is walking with us through this mess. This is the Unknown for us and we are scared as heck. I will finish this after the case is done.

I have used the Schill Law Firm now twice. I hired Derek to assist me with a Criminal Case, 2 charges. He greatly eased my anxiety by appearing for me at the first hearing and greatly explaining in detail what would happen at the next one. He was always there waiting for me when I arrive at the courthouse, help complete all paperwork, and generally made me feel good about the process as we went along. Ultimately, because of Derek's help, both charges were dropped and the case dismissed. I would highly recommend Derek if you find yourself in a similar situation.

This firm it's a rip off !¡!!! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!!! They are the most dishonest firm I have ever delt with!!!!!

I contacted this law group in Arizona when I was facing some misdemeanor charges in Buckeye, AZ. The staff was pleasent and eased my mind. After the appropriate paperwork was filled out, it was a few minutes and I was in contact with Mr. Oliverson. He was very professional and thorough. After the call I researched his background to further educate myself on his history. I have to admit, this true professional came through for me and was a real honor to have on my case. Though he wasn't available for my appearance in court, the group David Greenburg out, also very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, The Schill Law group was great and really lightened the stress on me for the duration of the process. I recommend them.

I would not recommend this firm under any circumstances to anyone other than the opposing side! That seems to be who they work for from the start and if they see they can't win, they'll simply withdrawal from your case by being dishonest with the judge. It is a shame that my attorney, Marc Lessow, had to retire due to medical issues which prevented him from continuing to practice law. The immature and deceptive replacement Katie Rogers was awful to work with from day one. Run, don't walk to get away from the Schill Law Mill! They're a flat fee for a reason! To pad their pockets with as little work as humanly possible! John Schill is a smooth talking snake oil salesman, so beware!!! As for their retort below...feel free to check with the Arizona State Bar for the numerous complaints about Mr. Schill's underhanded and shady business practices. Secondly - THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY LYING ABOUT THREE ATTORNEYS TRYING TO HELP ME AND I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THEIR OFFICE MANAGER AND HER EMOTIONAL INSTABILITIES. PERHAPS SHE IS IN THE WRONG CAREER FIELD.
