I met Brendon in October 2015 when I went to see him concerning a contested probate. Brendon was always honest with me on what to expect. Even when the other parties attorney was not so nice Brendon always maintained his ethics and professionalism and yet was firm when needed.

During the months of Oct - Dec 2012, we hired Mr. Brendon Rogers, as our attorney, for consultation and drafting of our Family Revocable Trust. Mr. Rogers was very professional throughout this process, very thorough, and covered all of our requirements for our Family Trust. Often, during our discussions, Mr. Rogers would bring up items of importance which we had never considered yet which most definitely needed to be included in the Trust. We quickly became comfortable with his services and developed a bond with him, a natural trust and high level of confidence knowing he was acting in our best interest and taking care of our needs. Without any reservation whatsoever, we highly recommend Mr. Rogers to anybody needing legal assistance with Trusts, Wills, Bankruptcy and/or Debt resolution.

I first met Brendon in 2013 at a yard sale being conducted by the daughters of a client whose home I had listed for sale. He just showed up in support of the ladies, for whose father he had created a trust. I mentioned to him that I had been putting off creating a trust, and he offered his services "when I was ready." About two years later, I called him and asked for his assistance. During the interim, he had relocated his practice from Show Low to Snowflake, but he insisted that he drive to Show Low for our first meeting. He explained the various types of trusts to us, along with the benefits or detriments of each. He explained in detail what we should consider including in our trust, and what we might choose to omit. Before our next meeting about two weeks later (at his office in Snowflake, and my wife and I were happy to make the drive!), Brendon called in two or three times to check on our progress. When I had questions or needed clarification, he was quick to respond either by phone or email. He was helpful, but firm in his position that we were accountable to provide him with what he needed to get the job done. On May 13, 2015, The "Johnson Family Revocable Trust dated May 13, 2015" was recorded with Navajo County, Arizona and became an official entity. My wife and I are now at ease knowing Brendon has helped us smooth the transition for our kids and grandkids. We have subsequently recommended Brendon without hesitation to several friends and business associates. I'm typically not a big fan of attorneys in general (read as "I don't much care fore them"), but Brendon Rogers is an exception. I met Mr. Rogers in 2010 he helped me in a child custody case. It was a difficult case that I'd been fighting and living with for a long time. He was kind and compassionate. He worked very hard for my children and myself. Mr. Rogers was professional and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I became friends with Brendon. I recently lost my husband very unexpectedly. Mr Rogers has again come through for me. He and his staff are such a blessing. He has helped me through a nightmare. I had no idea where to start or what I needed to do. Mr. Rogers has guided me through with knowledge and friendships. I can't tell you how thankful I am for him and Katrina. If I could give 10 stars I would. They are such great people. Brendon handle my father's estate after he passed away. He passed away without a will, so it went into probate. Brendon showed my family an amazing amount of respect and kindness knowing we were dealing with a huge loss. He was honest about our situation and the knew the state laws and the best way to proceed with our case. He is most ethical and moral lawyer I've ever known. Mr. Rogers prepared a trust for us with efficiency & courtesy. We thought the price was fair but were surprised at the great deal of work he put into a trust specifically for our needs. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. As senior citizens we now feel more prepared, with our trust in place.

Brendon went into great detail and took his time to explain the purpose of a trust as well as the possible outcomes in my trust design. I feel confident my heirs will be held to my wishes and the taxes will be minimized through proper planning.

I opposed Mr. Rogers several years ago in a land dispute. He obtained an excellent result for his client, and while he certainly advocated in a very zealous manner for his client, I found him to be very courteous and personable throughout the proceedings. I imagine most folks are going to be very, very pleased with his services.

Hello ALL, I was recommended to Brendon Rogers by a hospice social worker as my dad fell very ill. He began helping me even before my father passed with his community connections. He is the one and only attorney I have ever hired but the experience has been nothing like I expected. He is much more like a friend, compassionate, considerate, and so amazingly helpful. I live a long way away from this area and so far am having such an easy time working with him and his staff. He is always available to guide me and answer questions. He has a network of people in his community that have helped me thanks to him. While I was in the area my wife needed to see a dentist and nobody could squeeze us in until I called Brendon for help. He got us into a dentist immediately which turned out to be major as they slowed an infection which allowed us to get home for a root canal. The experience I have had so far with Brendon is exceptional and I can honestly say if things finish the way they have started Brendon is far more than a great attorney! He is a great human!
